KAFD Headquarters

The Project involved the design and BIM development of a two-storey modular prefabricated office building located within KAFD North, Area 6. Developed to support KAFD and its consultants during ongoing district development, the project comprised approximately 5,734 m² of built-up area on a 6,539 m² site, including associated parking and external works. The project encompassed multidisciplinary design from concept through detailed engineering, up to as-built conditions (LOD 500).
