Educational Complex

The Educational Complex is a modern institutional development designed to provide a fully integrated educational environment supported by high-quality infrastructure and engineering systems. The project required a BIM-led approach to ensure seamless coordination across multiple disciplines while meeting the functional and operational requirements of the campus. IDEC scope was to develop Design Development and BIM Modeling (up to LOD 350) for all Engineering disciplines for buildings, masterplan and associated infrastructure.
