Markaz Tahakoum – Operations Center

The Markaz Tahakoum – Facility Management Operations Center (FMOC) is a high-performance and scalable infrastructure prototype designed to support intelligent mobility operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Developed using a modular spatial grid, the facility integrates administrative, fleet, technical, and landscape zones. With a site area of 13,304 sqm, built-up area of approximately 2,900 sqm, and 271 parking spaces, Innovative was engaged to provide architectural and engineering design support for this mobility facility.
