NBG Workforce Village

The NBG Workforce Village Accommodation project is a purpose-built residential development designed to provide efficient workforce housing solutions. IDEC was engaged to deliver the design and build package for 150 single accommodation units, including architectural drawings, finishing details, BIM modelling at LOD 400, structural modelling, shop drawings, and quantity estimation, ensuring coordinated and construction-ready deliverables.
