TEFGA – 5,000 Workers Accommodation

The NEOM Trojena Contractors Village Expansion Project is an infrastructure development to expand the existing contractors’ village within NEOM, KSA, increasing its capacity to accommodate 5,000 personnel. The design was developed to integrate with the existing infrastructure while preserving provisions for future expansion. The project is a mixed-use development comprising accommodation, recreational, administrative, religious, and sports facilities.
