NESMA 20K NEOM Residential Community

The large-scale residential development located within Oxagon, NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was developed to accommodate approximately 20,000 residents supporting one of the world’s largest industrial and logistics ecosystems. As part of the NEOM masterplan and Saudi Vision 2030, the project delivers high-quality residential infrastructure designed to meet international standards for 38 buildings in the compound.
