Responsibilities

• Build and maintain architectural, structural or MEP models in Revit to project BIM standards.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate fixes with the design teams.
• Produce coordinated drawings, schedules and quantity take-offs from the models.
• Follow the project BIM Execution Plan, naming conventions and model-sharing procedures.
• Support model federation, coordination meetings and model submissions to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong skills in Revit and Navisworks; Dynamo or BIM 360 / ACC is a plus.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
