Mixed-use Office Building

The Project covered the complete design development from Concept to IFC for a Mixed-use Office Building in Al Nakheel in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The façade development was based on Salmani Architecture Code. Green spaces and gardens were integrated in and around the building complex. The site has a total area 10,000 sq. m. The building comprised of 4 basements and 2 Floors with an approximate Built-up Area of 54,000 sqm.
